Positive Babble is an interactive Podcast that was created to be THE place to discuss positivity of all kinds. A place for all of us to be reminded of what is going RIGHT in our lives. Let’s talk about that! These days it can be easy to get distracted and miss the little things. The things that matter the most! It’s also easy to forget that what we think about we bring about, words are magic, and that happiness is an inside job. Join your host, Jen Lunt, as she continues her journey of keeping her spirits high, shifting her mindset and limiting beliefs and supporting her listeners while they do the same. Yes, the road at times can be peppered with ups and downs and Jen will gently remind us (and herself) to focus and rely on our strength and resilience to see us through. Jen is a student of life. She has spent the last 30 years becoming an expert on cultivating her own happiness while navigating her path's twists and turns as she finds her confidence to step up and out into the world to help others find and see their worth. She is a self-proclaimed photographer. A lover of sunsets, smiles, hugs, all things Maui (especially the beaches) her husband, her pets, good conversation, good friends, good people in general. All of it coming your way from the beautiful island of Maui Hawaii!! Okay and some Maui talk too! The episodes are kept short and sweet to be easily digestible nuggets of goodness that can start or end your day on a happy note. Any topic goes as long as it's Positive! Or it at least ends that way! 😊
